I'm working at the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound) since 1991, a European Union social research agency in Dublin, Ireland, where I am now responsible for Eurofound's evaluation and knowledge management programmes ("Monitoring and Evaluation Officer").

Prior to working at Eurofound, I worked in the public and private sectors in Germany in the information management field. Whilst my original background is in the library and documentation field (Dipl.-Dok., FHBD Koeln 1986), I have since gained further qualifications in information technology, business administration (MBA), and evaluation.
